Panasonic has announced Panasonic LUMIX FX700 digital camera with 24mm ultra wide-angle lens and 5x optical zoom. It has advanced functions in a slim, stylish body rather than Lumix FS7.
Panasonic Lumix FX700 packs with high-speed 14.1-megapixel MOS sensor, full HD video capture, and 3-inch touchscreen LCD 230,000-pixel resolution with Auto Focus. Here some general features of Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FX700:
* 3.0-inch LCD full touchscreen display with one-touch Auto Focus (AF) capability
* Ultra-bright F2.2 ultra wide-angle 24mm LEICA DC VARIO-SUMMICRON lens with 5x optical zoom

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ40 DSLR Camera
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ40 DSLR camera has a 14.1-megapixel CCD sensor, a Leica DC Vario-Elmarit-branded 24x optical zoom lens, features Intelligent Resolution technology for optimal signal processing.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ40 will feature the ability to record 720p video and offer a 3-inch LCD screen for easy view finding, log dial controls Focus, Shutter Speed, and Aperture. For framing and reviewing images, the Panasonic Lumix FZ40 has both a 0.2-inch electronic viewfinder, and a 3.0-inch LCD display, both with 100% coverage.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ40 has a three-inch Intelligent LCD with 100% field of view. Sonic Speed Auto Focus and a high-speed start-up for jumping right into the action. Panasonic assures us that the Lumix DMC-FZ40 will be available in August for $399.95.
