Lite-On iHBS212 12X Blu-ray Burner Features and Prices
Lite-On showcased its new 12X Blu-Ray Burner in Europe - Lite-On iHBS212 Blu-ray writer. The new Lite-On iHBS212 comes with the SATA interface and comes with 8MB buffer. The Lite-On Blu-ray burner comes with SmartWrite for optimizing burning speed and the innovative SmartX technology which adjusts the data extraction speed and the LightScribe for applying laser-etched labels.
With this new Lite-On iHBS212 Blu-Ray Writer, user can burn the BD-R SL at 12X, BD-R DL at 8X and reads BD-ROM at 8X. Besides writing BD-R Single Layer discs at 12X, the iHBS212 writes Double Layer BD-R media at 8X, and reads BD-ROM discs at 8X as well. Single Layer DVD±R discs can be written at 16X, Double Layer DVD±R at 8X and rewritable discs at 8X (+RW) and 6X (-RW) respectively. The drive reads and writes CD-R at 48X and rewrites CD-RW at 24X.
Lite-On’s company offer the new 12X iHBS212 BD burner at a price of Euro 165 and the expected release date of the blu-ray burner will be in late June 2010.

Motorola FLIPOUT Android Phone with MOTOBLUR
Motorola introduced its new Android based smartphone - Motorola FLIPOUT with MOTOBLUR. The phone comes with a square form factor along with a pivot design that opens to reveal a five-row QWERTY keyboard with a separate row for numeric keys. The phone features a 2.8-inch 320×240 QVGA touchscreen display and runs Android 2.1 OS.
Other Motorola FLIPOUT with MOTOBLUR specifications include a 3 Megapixel camera with digital zoom and video recording, aGPS, eCompass and WiFi connectivity. The Motorola Android Smartphone comes equipped with 512MB internal memory and has support to microSD/SDHC up to 32GB.
Motorola Flipout Android Smartphone comes in two color shades - Raspberry and Saffron and will be released by Q2 2010.

Corsair launches its new Nova Series SSD that will be available now in 32Gb and 256GB models also. The new two Nova SSD models will be available under the model name 32GB (CSSD-V32GB2-BRKT) and 256GB (CSSD-V256GB2-BRKT). Corsair Nova Series SSD comes designed based on the MLC NAND Flash technology.

RunCore Kylin Series II SAS SSD
RunCore has announced its latest SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) models of SSD, known RunCore Kylin series II SAS SSD. Kylin RunCore II SAS SSD family offers speeds up to 270 MB / s read and up to 260 MB / s write.
DSS RunCore Kylin II SAS is available in 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch form factors, and comes with range of 50 GB to 400 GB of capacity. This disc is one of the players focused on the enterprise solid state, which apparently place of performance and reliability.
It is used SLC (single level cell) or MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash memory chips. Kylin RunCore SAS II SSD is equipped with 64 MB internal cache, an MTBF of over 1 million hours, and a controller SandForce. There is no word on price or release date.

WePad is available for Pre-Order in Germany via Amazon
Android based WePad Tablet Device was announced recently and now the WePad is available for Preordering at the Amazon website. Currently the pre-order was available only in germany and it will be available internationally soon. The WePad Android Mobile Tablet device was considered to be the rival of Apple iPad.
Amazone website offers the pre-order of both the 16GB and 32GB WePad models. WePad tablet device comes with a 11.6-inch touchscreen display which is slightly larger than that of Apple iPad. The WePad MID is based on Atom platform and is comes boosted with Intel Atom N450 processor. WePad also equips GMA 3150 graphics card and features of the WePad tablet device includes GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, accelerometer, ambient sensor, memory card reader and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR. It also comes with support to USB 2.0, Flash and Adobe Air.
Similar to Apple's iPad Tablet Device, WePad also available with built-in 3G capability. According to Amazon webpage, the price of the 16GB WePad is around €449 (8) while the 32GB WePad model is priced at €569 (7). The shipping of the tablet device is expected to be start by July.
